Shay is a natural resources science communicator with a background in conservation and a passion for storytelling. With over a decade of experience in environmental science, nonprofit outreach, local governments, and community engagement, she thrives on elevating the impactful work of conservation organizations across the country.

Shay brings a versatile skill set — from event coordination and print design to social media strategy and website development — and creates thoughtful, tailored communications that inform, engage, and connect with audiences in meaningful ways.

She holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Conservation of Natural Resources from Texas Tech University and a Master's Degree in Environmental Management from Western Colorado University.

Outside of work, you'll find Shay hiking, running, cycling, reading, or spending time with her husband and their two dogs.
